Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins

These were figured out by sheer luck. My husband wanted blueberry muffins but didn’t want the prepackaged ones that weren’t freshly baked. So, we went looking for ones I could bake for him. I was just going to look like a surgeon with a mask on making them for him. Well we found the package and it had blueberry flavoured chunks in them. That did not sound appetizing. So instead I went searching for a recipe I could convert. If I was making it from scratch I was going to eat them too. Now, here we are with a recipe I made twice in a week because they are so good.

Gluten Free Pepper Shrimp Pasta

This recipe was made by accident. It was one of those “What do I have in my fridge?” recipes that has now made its way into normal circulation. The beauty of this recipe is you can take the shrimp and switch it out for chicken breasts or make it vegetarian and just have some veggies. I’ve also added cream and made it more of a pepper Alfredo sauce. Now before I go on to all of the various ways you can use this recipe lets actually get started with it. Just like all the others there is a printable at the bottom with all the information you will need to make it.

Gluten Free Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms and Dip

Just like all the other recipes a printable will be at the bottom of the page. Now, lets get started.

Gluten Free Rib Fajitas

Well Cinco de Mayo was last Friday, and I couldn’t let it pass without having something festive so I made fajitas. I had some left over ribs in my freezer so I got creative. It is a simple recipe that you can modify however you would like. But it was a big hit in my house. So as always the printable of the recipe will be at the bottom of this post. Now lets get started.

Promise Gluten Free High Fibre Multigrain Bread Review

I have had a love hate relationship with bread ever since I was inducted into the Gluten Free Club. I used to love bread, sandwiches, toast and just soft bread with butter.

Then bam! No more fluffy white bread or french bread with a nice crunch or even delectable sour dough. Bread has been hard to figure out.
