Gluten Free Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

Adding dessert to anything that isn’t is always a triumph and well now you can add it to breakfast! Who knew? A healthy breakfast that reminds you of dessert.

Not only is it delicious and easy to make its also good for you.

All you need is:

1/3 cup gluten free oats

1tsp chai seeds

A banana

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp of honey

1 cups almond milk vanilla flavoured

 

To make these overnight oats you will also need a mason jar and some patience. I make everything in the mason jar, it saves the mess and the time. First put your 1/3 of a cup of gluten free oats in the jar.

Now to add the tsp of chai seeds. These will add nutrients and help thicken up the oats.

After that its the delicious part – the banana. I cut them up small and even taste tested a couple pieces just to make sure.

Now to add a tsp of vanilla for some extra flavour,

and 2 tbsp of honey for sweetness.

All that’s left is the cup of vanilla flavoured almond milk and to mix it all together.

Make sure you mix it nice and well and then the hard part starts – waiting until the morning to eat them.

The next morning you will have a delicious breakfast that tricks you into thinking its a dessert.
