Gluten Free Zucchini Meat Lasagna

Lasagna is a warm cheesy delight that I desperately missed. The problem with gluten free lasagna noodles is they get mushy well it’s just not the same. So instead of fighting with more noodles I decided to create a lasagne that ignored them altogether. This recipe uses zucchini for the noodles.

Qi’a GF Cinnamon Pumpkin Seed Oatmeal Review

Logically oatmeal should be gluten free. But, in reality not all of it is. Oats and wheat fields are generally grown side by side. This can cause cross contamination issues and well no one wants that.

Gluten Free Pasta Salad

It might not be warm here yet but I’ve been channeling all the warm spring and summer thoughts I can. Including summer foods. I had been craving a nice cold pasta salad lately so I decided to make one. This recipe is super simple and easy to do. It’s also deliciously rich and flavourful.

Pizazz Juicy Jellies Review

Candies have been one of the hardest things for me to replace. Especially gummy candies. I can’t seem to find all the ones I want. But I will get there.

This recipe ended in me crying and dancing in my kitchen. I live in Canada and I haven’t had a donut in almost 5 years! I have been craving donuts the whole time. To the point where I have dreams of eating donuts. So I finally decided to face my fears and make my own.
